• Provides support to the Manufacturing organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area byimplementing and documenting improved manufacturing instructions.
• Works with various electronic manufacturing systems to ensure compliance of manufacturing specifications and processes
• FDA Regulated Field, Electro Mechanical Device Experience, pFMEA experience, Capa/Nonconformance management, Creating work instructions, 6 Sigma/lLean Manufacturing
• Communicate with Design Engineers and understand the design function and how it integrates into the entire instrument
• Must be able to find alternate recommendations for problems found during assembly
• Effectively communicate status to supervisor and manager 
• Collaborates with Manufacturing technicians to troubleshoot and document non-conforming products by executing engineering analysis and manufacturing process knowledge.
• Initiates and completes technical activities leading to new or improved manufacturing processes to meet strategic goals and objectives of the company.
• Will perform this job in a quality system environment.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality to communicate and coordinate technical activities and is capable of analyzing manufacturing data to communicate concepts through.
• Experience with Solidworks/Solid Works Composure (or similar CAD mechanical modeling system) is required.
• Bachelor Science or Bachelor Engineering, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering. Curriculum trains students in skills required to perform assignments. 0-3 years exp
