Laboratory Technician I
9 month -1 Year+ contract

• Primary Responsibilities:
• Process samples under hood
• Retrieve and deliver samples for incubation
• Read off environmental tests (for air, surface, personnel)
• Data entry into LIMS system
• Data trending and analysis
• Inventory management for laboratory supplies

Backup Responsibilities:

• Perform environmental monitoring sampling
• Maintain sterile garb certification

Preferred Skills:

• Self -starter
• Previous sample processing experience in school or a laboratory setting
• Ability to enter data completely and correctly 1st time using laboratory software
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good Documentation Practices
• Ability to work as a team member

Education

•  Bachelors degree preferred
