Our client - a research-driven pharmaceutical company focused on treatment options for diseases and conditions for which there is no satisfactory treatment option - is seeking a Scientist to join their growing team!

Type: Contract (one year)

Location: Ridgefield, CT

Rate: $42/hr

Duties:

• Perform lab duties; participate/assist in the execution of routine and non-routine experiments
• Initiate, operate, and complete lab experiments using lab equipment
• Support protein biomarker discovery by applying immunoassays, cell culture, and flow cytometry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of research in a biology lab setting OR master's degree in a relevant field (immunology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or medical lab science)
• Experience with ELISA and Mammalian Cell Culture
• Experience with Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoassays, Sequencing, and Gene Expression preferred
