Our client, a leading global consumer-centric medical device company is looking for an Assembler/Operator. This is your chance to work with a global company with nearly 13,000 employees located in 30 countries.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pouching tasks, including assembling ID cards into pouches with plastic plungers.
• Tie threads onto automated components using manual fixtures.
• Assemble tied components and pouched sub-assemblies with additional required plastic components.
• Seal assembled components in preparation for sterilization and final packing.
• Complete final packaging of finished units, including required printed literature, for shipment.
• Assemble demonstration units (Non-Sterile) exclusively for training purposes.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in small hand assembly on assembly lines, particularly within a cGMP environment/facility.
• Proficiency in inspecting components and finished products.
• Familiarity with factory assembly procedures.
• Working knowledge of hand tools.
• Demonstrated high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written procedures in English
