We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative R&D Chemist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research and development of new chemical products, processes, and technologies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and ensure the successful development of new solutions!

Schedule: M-F 1st shift

Pay: 53K – 73K DOE

Type: Temp to Hire

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments to develop new chemical formulations and processes.
  • Conduct analysis and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other departments to integrate new solutions into existing systems.
  • Document experimental procedures, results, and recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical processes or product formulations.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and scientific advancements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an R&D or laboratory setting
  • Strong knowledge of chemical principles and lab techniques.
