Logistics Associate Job Duties:
- Represent company at customer production sites.
- Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc. and/or a combination of these stocking locations)
- Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf-life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications
- Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements, including interaction with the contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs
- Address on site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution
- Interact and coordinate with customer representatives to maintain and replenish customer supply locations.
- Act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies.
- Perform scanning and unloading duties
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in supply chain/warehouse/inventory preferred
