Our esteemed medical device client is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join their team. The Email Marketing Specialist will focus on email marketing campaigns across business units. A strong knowledge of HTML coding and HubSpot are required for this position.

Location: Fairfield County, CT
Shift: Hybrid
Pay: $40-$45/hr
Type: 6-month contract

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling and relevant content that aligns with marketing strategies.
• Manage email routing, coordinate revisions, and make necessary edits before final approval.
• Verify that all content, images, and links in emails are accurate and functional.
• Import, organize, and segment email lists for precise targeting.
• Schedule email campaign launches.
• Implement automation plans with clear, measurable goals, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring data-driven accountability.
• Maintain a detailed monthly editorial calendar, including product launches, campaigns, seasonal themes, and events.
• Track campaign performance, documenting benchmarks, ROI, delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, etc.
• Ensure optimal deliverability and maintain a strong domain/IP reputation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in email marketing.
• Experience with HubSpot or Marketo is required.
• Expertise in creating and sending emails using an ESP and online editing tools.
• Proficient in coding and updating HTML emails. Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
