Contract length: 2 years

Responsibilities:
- Creates and optimizes the distribution strategy to ensure that IMPs are delivered in compliance with regulatory and product-specific requirements, including those related to temperature monitoring and logistics
- Managing external service providers (Distribution Partners), overseeing their performance, and ensuring they meet required timelines and quality standards
- Serves as a consultant for colleagues and a mentor for new employees, sharing expertise in distribution strategies and process optimization
- Act as the main contact for clinical development teams (CD&O) and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth distribution operations across studies
- Leads innovative and strategic distribution projects, including those related to digitization, biosafety, and new product categories, while continuously optimizing processes
- Ensures that IMPs comply with international regulations and customs requirements, managing complex, multi-national logistics
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in science or distribution management, with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated field
- 2-3 of experience in managing the distribution of IMPs in clinical trials, knowledge of product quality, regulatory frameworks, and international import/export processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and external partners
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory, legal, and customs requirements for pharmaceutical distribution
