Our world-renowned biotechnology client is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to join their team. This role supports manufacturing operations by setting up, cleaning, and sanitizing manufacturing equipment.

Location: Kent County, RI
Shift: 6:45 AM-6:45 PM OR 6:45 PM 6:45 AM (Week 1 is 5 working days Week 2 is 2 working days)
Pay: $20-$22/hr
Type: Contract (possibility of extension / conversion)

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma with 3 years’ work experience in manufacturing or Associate's degree with 1 year work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities 

• Set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment.
• Material handling, including moving materials between areas, cleaning raw materials, and retrieving/storing inventory
• Weighing out buffers/media.
• Performing inventory management.
• Performing in-process sampling of equipment and operating analytical equipment
• Parts washing and sterilization
• Assisting in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records)
