Join a dedicated team producing life-saving medical devices in a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience assembling, repairing, and testing advanced medical products, including pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs).

Pay: $18.75
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Work within a structured, cleanroom environment to ensure the production of high-quality medical devices.
• Follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines to assemble, inspect, and test components.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure product traceability and compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address challenges and improve processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small components.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments is beneficial but not required.
