We are seeking a Benefit & HRIS tactician for a 3-6 month contract to support our HR operations. This role is ideal for a systems-savvy professional who can ensure seamless benefit administration and HRIS management while fielding employee benefit questions with confidence.

Location: South San Francisco, CA
Pay: $55-$65/hr

Scope of Work:

• Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Facilitate employee status changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Serve as a benefits liaison, working closely with brokers and system platforms to ensure data integrity
• Answer basic employee benefits questions with clarity and professionalism
• Utilize ADP TotalSource for system updates, benefit management, and reporting – must have experience
• Complete compliance reporting as needed
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure alignment across systems and processes
• Exhibit problem-solving skills and take initiative as a reliable self-starter

Requirements:

• Proven experience with ADP TotalSource
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS and benefits administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in compliance reporting and working with vendors is a plus
