Pay: $48k-$50k (depending on experience)
Schedule: 1st shift (7a-4p) OR 2nd shift (2p-11p)
Type of Job: Direct Hire/ Permanent
Location: (100% onsite- Waukegan)

Quality Assurance Specialist Daily Tasks: What you will do:
- Perform sample testing on food ingredients such as moisture, physical property, water testing, and Gluten testing
- Perform quality and food safety audits and ensure proper labeling and paperwork
- Monitor product quality, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance is met
Quality Assurance Specialist Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 3+ years of Quality Food Industry experience preferred
- HACCP or SQF Certification is a plus!
