Shift:
- Nights
- 5:45p- 6:15a
Pay: $20/hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform vaccine filling and support production activities as assigned.
- Operate department equipment properly, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning.
- Keep the work environment clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Complete all associated documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform basic inventory transactions to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Monitor and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in performance.
- Communicate process needs, challenges, and progress effectively to colleagues and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related manufacturing or production environment preferred.
