Our Client, a Fortune 100 energy company who specializes in pioneering new research and pursuing new technologies to create more efficient forms of energy, is seeking a Pilot Plant Operator to join their growing team.

Details: Contract @ $30-40/hour

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple pilot plants simultaneously
• Become very familiar with all operational parameters and equipment for each unit (pumps, reactors, gas meters, mass flow controllers, thermocouples, pressure transducers, etc.)
• Perform analytical testing and submit/inventory samples as needed
• Perform routine maintenance/mechanical work to support high service factor operations

Ideal skills/experience:

• Operation of pilot plant equipment
• Hands on experience with pumps, flow controllers, handling of chemicals
• Honeywell or other systems experience a plus
• Troubleshooting experience with various process equipment

Background:

• 2+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environment with focus in the chemical industry
