Schedule: M-F 1st shift
Pay: $40-$50/hr (not including bonuses!)

Responsibilities:
- Program complex multi-axis CNC machines (using Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or ESPRIT)
- Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability
- Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions
- Mentor and train less experienced operators and setup personnel
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of CNC programming experience in a high-precision manufacturing setting
- Strong hands-on machining skills and a deep understanding of multi-axis programming
- Proficiency in GibbsCAM, Mastercam, or ESPRIT
- Programming experience with ONE the following platforms is required:
- Lathe/Mill Turn Department: Mazak 100, 200, Integrex i-150
- Swiss Department: Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16
