Schedule: M-F 1st shift and 2nd Shift Available!
Pay: $30-$40/hr (not including bonuses!)

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex multi-axis CNC machines.
- Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability
- Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment (medical device preferred)
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of setting up jobs independently with strong machining skills.
- Proficient with blueprint reading and GD&T familiarity.
- Skilled in using a variety of hand tools and inspection equipment
- Ability to make offsets and adjustments to ensure part quality
- Experience with ONE the following platforms is required:
- Lathe/Mill Turn: Mazak 100, 200, Integrex i-150
- Swiss: Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16
