Contract to Hire

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable laboratory technician with strong wet chemistry skills, including titrations and handling acids/metals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured, SOP-driven environment, demonstrating precision and consistency in every task. We're seeking someone committed to long-term growth who can bring steady hands, focus, and a strong work ethic to the team.
 

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned physical and chemical testing per SOPs or specific work instructions.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.

• Record test data and maintain required documentation and reports.

• Conduct in-process inspections and evaluate test results.

• Verify and transfer collected data into lab networks.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab space.

Qualification Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Chemistry or related science); equivalent lab experience considered.

• Prior laboratory experience is highly preferred.

• Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow directions carefully.
