VP of Growth, E-commerce & Consumer Acquisition
Pay Rate Low: 185000 | Pay Rate High: 225000
The VP of Growth, E-commerce & Consumer Acquisition will lead the company’s digital commerce and growth marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and brand performance through owned e-commerce platforms and emerging channels.
Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles County, CA preferred)
Pay Range: $185,000 - 225,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities:

Lead growth initiatives across owned Shopify-based platforms, new digital sales channels, subscription services, and international e-commerce markets.

Own and optimize the e-commerce P&L, focusing on scalable revenue growth, margin improvement, and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV).

Oversee performance marketing efforts across paid media, including search, social, affiliate, programmatic, and influencer marketing.

Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across the entire funnel—from brand awareness to retention—grounded in data and consumer behavior insights.

Drive ongoing experimentation and optimization of customer acquisition strategies to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Create and manage real-time performance dashboards and key metrics, providing executive leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional team covering growth marketing, digital commerce, creative, and data analytics.

Stay current with evolving digital trends, platforms, and consumer technologies to keep the company at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
Qualifications:
-
10+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce, digital growth, and performance marketing; industry preference in wellness, health, supplements, or consumer biotech.

Strong experience managing full e-commerce P&L, with demonstrated success scaling revenue from <$1M to $10M+ monthly.

Deep knowledge of Shopify and experience with marketplaces such as Amazon is a strong plus.

Highly analytical mindset with fluency in marketing analytics and business intelligence tools; capable of communicating complex data clearly to senior stakeholders.

Proven leadership in planning, executing, and iterating strategic growth roadmaps in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
