Pay: $34– $37/hr DOE

Schedule: 4x10 Mon – Thurs (3PM – 2AM); No weekend work

Location: Countryside, IL  

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain and repair production line equipment including fillers, cappers, conveyors, bundlers, coders, labelers, and box makers
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with a variety of packaging and production machinery.
• Support production efficiency and uptime by responding quickly to equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Minimum; Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or regulated environment (e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food production, or similar).
• Prior experience coaching and supporting maintenance personnel in a hands-on environment
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
