Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, biotechnology production environment. 

Located in North Columbus, OH

6 month contract with extension
Shift: 6pm to 630am - Swing shift schedule - 4 days week 1 and 3 days week 2
Pay: $19-22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting under limited supervision

• Maintain machine uptime by quickly clearing faults and stoppages on automated equipment

• Operate human-machine interfaces (HMIs) to monitor production status and resolve alarms

• Conduct basic manufacturing processes such as dispensing raw materials, line clearance, material reconciliation, and basic analytics

• Ensure accurate documentation of operations, including procedures, job plans, logs, audits, and batch records

• Support continuous operation by ensuring components and materials are available and properly staged

• Serve as a training resource for peers on equipment usage and standard manufacturing tasks

• Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality and efficiency standards in all operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or automated production environment is strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and production protocols
