Our client specializes in chemical and ingredient distribution and provides services to customers across a wide range of industries such as paints, coatings, & lubricating fluids. They are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join their growing team!

Shift:
- M-F
- 1st shift
Essential Duties:
- Conducts startup meetings.
- Directs tasks, guides and instructs employees.
- Monitors daily accumulation of waste and recyclables.
- Works with the Supervisor to track inventory and schedule shipments.
- Ensures all containers are properly labelled and stored in a safe manner and that all empty drums and pails are disposed of in a proper manner.
- Directs the loading and unloading of Van Trailers of Recyclables and Waste.
- Directs cleaning and maintenance duties.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working outdoors required
