We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes that ensure high product quality and production efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a quality-driven mindset, and the initiative to drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes based on product requirements, materials, tooling, and production methods.

  • Analyze and improve workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout to maximize manufacturing efficiency.

  • Design and validate testing methods to ensure product and process quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and equipment vendors to drive improvements and troubleshoot issues.

  • Monitor and calculate labor, material, and production costs to support operational decisions.

  • Maintain process and product documentation, including databases and reports.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment as needed.

  • Provide training and guidance to technicians and junior staff on new equipment or processes.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking with professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and internal quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and process consistency.

  • Demonstrated initiative and a desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects.

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with manufacturing tools and software.

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
