Industrial Electrician – Manufacturing Facility

Rotating 3rd shift schedule
Pay : 30.00-38.00 DOE

We’re seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support our manufacturing operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems powering our machines, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to identify and fix issues before they cause downtime.

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, control panels, and instrumentation.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and follow NEC and GMP (Q7A) standards.

• Work with motors, PLCs, transformers, VFDs, and production equipment.

• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for efficient project execution.

• Train and mentor junior electricians and support a strong safety culture.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED and trade school certification.

• 5–7 years of industrial electrical experience in manufacturing, chemical, or oil & gas.

• Strong skills in wiring, conduit bending, panel building, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of 480V/3PH systems, safety protocols, and building/electrical codes.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in extreme temperatures, and operate forklifts safely.

• VFDs, instrumentation, and PLC experience

• Leadership capability to step in for a Level 4 Electrician when needed

• Effective communication, teamwork, and training skills
