Our clients are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Professional to join their team in a state-of-the-art microbiological laboratory and manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced setting and want to contribute directly to pharmaceutical quality and compliance.

Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (depending on experience) + bonus potential

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with on-call rotation for weekends once fully trained

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, review, and implement SOPs, change controls, and risk assessments.
  • Perform environmental monitoring and batch-related sampling (water, compressed gas, and cleanroom).
  • Collect and analyze samples, including plate reading and documentation.
  • Gown aseptically and work directly on the manufacturing floor to support batch operations.
  • Provide audit support and contribute to maintaining a state of readiness.
  • Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives.
  • Collaborate across shifts with a team of ~13 professionals (including supervisors and temporary staff).
  • Maintain GMP-compliant records and ensure high standards of safety and organization in the lab.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Biology (or related field).
  • High school diploma with significant relevant experience considered.
  • 4–6+ years of cGMP laboratory and/or pharmaceutical quality experience required.
  • Experience with water testing, compressed gas sampling, and environmental monitoring preferred.
