We are looking for a Packaging Associate to support the manufacturing of biotechnology products for clinical and commercial use. This full-time role involves operating packaging equipment, following GMP guidelines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring product quality.

Location: Chicago, IL
Pay: $25–$32/hr DOE
Schedule: Rotating weekly shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up packaging equipment (labelers, blister packs,   check weighers, etc.)
• Perform line inspections and clearances
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workspace
• Handle and verify materials and consumables
• Accurately complete logbooks and batch records
• Troubleshoot equipment and follow safety protocols
• Follow SOPs and maintain GMP compliance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of industry experience or Associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotech, or related field
• Pharma/Biotech experience preferred
• Basic English communication and computer skills
• Understanding of GMP, safety, and packaging operations
