FIlling Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow SOPs and batch records to meet production targets with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct line inspections and line clearances in ISO6–ISO8 cleanroom areas.
  • Perform material weighing, dispensing, formulation, and filtration of drug products.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as autoclaves, part washers, syringe fillers, and mixing systems.
  • Calibrate and verify instruments (e.g., pH/conductivity meters, scales, pumps).
  • Oversee aseptic filling with strict adherence to aseptic techniques.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of ISO5 and ISO6 areas as per schedule.
  • Prepare media, buffer solutions, and maintain inventory of critical supplies.
  • Verify materials before use and submit required samples and documentation.
  • Accurately complete all documentation, including logbooks and batch records.
  • Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and escalate non-conformances.
  • Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste per EHS guidelines.
  • Train and support colleagues
  • Support tech transfer from Process Development to Manufacturing.
  • Actively seek ways to improve processes and reduce waste while maintaining quality standards.

  • Provides coaching, counseling, and development
  • Responsible for maintaining alignment with company direction, goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • BS preferred OR 6+ years of related industry experience required.
  • Aseptic and GMP experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Pay: $35-38/hr 
1st shift, M-F
