Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts BOTH available!
Pay: $35-$45/hr base + bonuses
2nd shift offers 15% Shift differential per hr.

Responsibilities:
- Set-up and operate multi-axis CNC machines (Mill/Lathe/Swiss).
- Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability
- Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment (medical device preferred)
Experience & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience (Mill/Lathe/Swiss)
- Blueprint and GD&T proficiency
- Skill with hand tools and inspection equipment
