We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment. This role involves hands-on tasks such as vial inspection, packaging, equipment operation, and basic maintenance. Pay: $30-$32 per hour 

Schedule:

• 4x10s
• Mon-Thurs 3:30pm - 2:00 AM 
• OT 2x/month on average

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and packaging of product-filled vials according to SOPs and batch records.

• Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing and packaging equipment.

• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and ensure proper documentation.

• Participate in filling support activities and internal support operations (e.g., stocking, material movement, inventory tracking).

• Identify and report equipment malfunctions; perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments.

• Understand and document batch records, packaging configurations, and component reconciliation.

• Follow cleanroom protocols, hygiene standards, and adhere strictly to GMP and safety procedures.

• Train new team members on basic processes and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED 
• 2 years of FDA regulated manufacturing work experience (Pharma experience is a plus!) 
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
