Customer Service Representative
Pay: $23–$25/hour
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00-5:00
Location: Canton, GA
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, managing shipments, supporting sales representatives, and maintaining accurate customer and accounting records.
Key duties include:

Answering customer calls and entering orders accurately.

Confirming pricing, delivery dates, shipping details, and PO information.

Coordinating shipments (UPS, LTL, volume, bulk) and preparing bills of lading.

Sending order confirmations and invoicing shipped orders.

Managing customer accounts, including A/R review and collection calls.

Handling quote requests, sample orders, MSDS requests, and minor technical support.

Overseeing equipment orders, returns (RMAs), and warehouse coordination in CA and Canada.

Updating customer databases, pricing, blanket orders, and leasing/equipment records.

Processing vendor invoices and supporting A/P documentation.

Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and assisting sales reps with account information.

Completing month-end order closing and reporting.
