Quality Analyst
Our client is a well-known dietary supplement/nutrition manufacturer and is seeking additional Quality Analysts to join their team! The Quality Analyst is responsible for reviewing, approving, and releasing all incoming raw materials used in the dietary supplement manufacturing process. This role also reviews documentation and analytical results for the release of finished products.

Shift: Swing and Graveyard shifts available
Pay: $20-22/hour
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Review, approve, and release incoming raw materials for use in production.

Review documentation and analytical results to support finished product release.

Act as a Quality Control representative by supervising and reviewing production functions.

Support manufacturing by troubleshooting and resolving internal out-of-specification (OOS) processes and conditions.

Perform in-process analytical testing per established procedures.

Assist manufacturing with the assignment of raw materials, packaging components, and labeling during production.

Document internal non-conformances and OOS conditions; investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Communicate non-conformance and quality issues in a timely manner to Customer Service, Purchasing, and other relevant teams.

Perform basic analytical testing as required.

Support the QC Manager during investigations related to non-conformances and quality events.

Provide training and guidance to manufacturing and quality personnel as needed.

Assist in the development and improvement of QC/QA methods, procedures, and documentation.

Assemble and process raw material and finished product samples for contract laboratory testing.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Work overtime and weekends as required to support production needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or 4 years experience
- Experience in Quality Control within a regulated manufacturing environment (dietary supplements, food, pharmaceuticals, or related industry preferred)
- Working knowledge of quality systems, documentation practices, and analytical testing.
