Our client is a growing biotechnology organization is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role focused on the accurate handling, movement, and documentation of materials within a regulated warehouse environment.

Pay: $22-27/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against accompanying documentation

• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and staging materials

• Load and unload materials using appropriate warehouse equipment

• Move, pull, push, and lift materials throughout the facility as required

• Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas

• Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements

• Support inventory control activities and basic warehouse documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Minimum of 1 year of shipping and receiving experience; 3–10 years of overall warehouse experience

• Ability to perform a highly physical role (approximately 90% physical work), including lifting, pushing, and pulling
• ​​​​​​​Experience in a regulated, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment is a plus
