Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate 

• Contract Opportunity 
• Pay: $25/hour

Position Summary

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate handling, movement, and documentation of materials within a biotechnology warehouse environment. This role is primarily hands-on and supports daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure materials are processed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation

• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and staging

• Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment

• Accurately move, pull, push, and lift materials throughout the facility

• Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas

• Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements

• Support inventory control and basic warehouse documentation as needed

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of warehouse experience

• Minimum of 1 year of shipping and receiving experience

• Ability to perform a highly physical role (approximately 90% physical work) including lifting, pushing, and pulling

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• High School Diploma required. 
• Experience working in regulated or biotech/pharmaceutical environments is a plus
