Project Manager III / Scrum Master

Global Medical Device Company | 100% Remote


Pay Rate: $45–$50/hr (DOE)
Contract Length: 12 Months
Location: Remote (U.S.)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in structured environments and excels at Agile delivery? Do you enjoy leading cross-functional teams while also serving as a hands-on Scrum Master?

We’re partnering with a global medical device leader to find a Project Manager III / Scrum Master who can drive high-visibility initiatives that directly support life-changing healthcare technologies.

This is a unique opportunity to blend traditional project management rigor with Agile leadership, all while working remotely with global stakeholders.


What You’ll Do

Project Management Leadership

  • Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
  • Build and manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and resource plans
  • Maintain accurate project records, financials, milestones, risks, and benefits
  • Submit and manage change requests related to scope, cost, schedule, or resources
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Drive alignment through clear communication, reporting, and engagement
  • Lead, motivate, and support teams while resolving conflicts and removing blockers

Agile & Scrum Master Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
  • Remove impediments and proactively address risks and issues
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization
  • Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong experience in Project Management with Agile/Scrum delivery
  • PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
