Join a Premier Bakery Manufacturer as a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst!

Pay: $24-$27/hr 
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL 
Schedule: M-F (8 hour day shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Execute quality tests on all products produced.
• Elevate deviations discovered in product testing.
• Place out of specification batches and raw materials on hold.
• Maintain documentation used in the QC lab daily.
• Conduct daily and weekly calibration of lab equipment.
• Inform QA Supervisor or Manager when equipment needs to be sent out for calibration.
• Inform QA Supervisor or Manager when supplies need to be reordered. Retrieve in-house supplies from warehouse when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Quality Assurance leadership experience in a regulated production environment required; experience in food manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Laboratory and testing experience required.
• SQF and/or HACCP certification is highly desired.
