A leading personal care product manufacturer is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support high-speed packaging and production operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated packaging equipment while ensuring compliance with GMPs, safety, and quality standards.

Location: Olive Branch, MS

Pay: $30–$36/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: M-F 1st Shift
  Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed packaging equipment, including cappers and fillers
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and basic machine shop repairs
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Perform preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow safety procedures, GMPs, and company standards at all times
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues effectively

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or mechanic experience in a high-speed packaging environment (personal care, food or pharmaceutical industries preferred) 
• Hands-on experience with cappers and fillers strongly preferred
• Basic electrical troubleshooting, machine shop experience, and/or welding skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
