Maintenance Technician

CNC Operator -2nd shift
Location: Union Country, NJ
Duration: 6-Month Contract to hire
Schedule: 2^nd shift: 4X10 3pm-2am M-Th
Pay: $28-$35

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment including fillers, cappers, conveyors, bundlers, coders, labelers, and box makers

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with electrical issues as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Report issues clearly and work collaboratively with production teams

• Experience with packaging or production equipment such as fillers, cappers, conveyors, bundlers, coders, labelers, box makers, etc.

• Willingness to train on any equipment gaps

• Strong mechanical aptitude required

• 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred

• Some electrical background is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and self-motivate
