Pay Rate Low: 17.50 | Pay Rate High: 18.50

Our client is a global medical device manufacturer and they are seeking additional Medical Device Assemblers to join their team! This position would perform assembly, testing, and packaging of sub-assemblies and finished products in a clean room environment in accordance with approved method sheets.

Located in Fairfield County, CT

CONTRACT POSITION
Shift: 
2nd shift - Mon-Thu 345pm-215am
Pay: $17.50-18.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hand assembly of sub-assemblies and finished products, working independently and as part of a team

  • Build intricate assemblies by following approved method sheets and written procedures

  • Conduct mechanical and electrical testing on completed sub-assemblies and finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications

  • Perform a variety of assembly duties within one or more factory work cells

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with daily housekeeping activities as required

  • Follow all written method sheet procedures across multiple product lines

  • Wear required work cell attire, which may include mandatory uniforms and/or clean room garments

  • Follow direction provided by team leads or supervisors

  • Perform additional duties or assignments as required by management

Qualifications

  • Experience with hand assembly in a production or assembly line environment

  • Ability to assemble small parts using microscopes or magnification tools

  • Soldering experience preferred

  • Medical device assembly experience preferred

  • Knowledge of factory assembly processes and procedures
