A great medical equipment manufacturing company in Union County, NJ,  is looking for an Account Manager, who plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients, optimizing workflows, and managing top accounts.

Location: Union County, NJ
Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $25–$30/hr (Direct Hire)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Summary:
The Account Representative is responsible for providing high-quality service to internal and external customers, leveraging deep product knowledge and effective communication with team members across the organization. This role is highly transactional and includes quoting, order processing, and responding to inbound customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and deliver accurate customer quotations and proposals.

  • Process customer orders, ensuring pricing, drawings, shipping, and order details are correct.

  • Communicate with customers regarding discrepancies or questions.

  • Collaborate with Master Scheduling and other departments to ensure orders move efficiently.

  • Attend daily production meetings and follow up on order status.

  • Solve problems independently using company resources, documentation, and prior knowledge.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, including temporary receptionist support when needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; BA preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment.

  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor; attention to detail.

  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
