QC Lab Technician - Medical Device 

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12-month contract (with possible extension/conversion) 
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO. 401K matching
Schedule: 

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM


Job Overview

We are seeking a QC Lab Tech to work with a global medical device company to support the testing, inspection, and assembly of IOL medical devices in a lab and cleanroom environment. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates with some experience in manufacturing, quality, or lab work who are eager to build hands-on skills in the medical device industry. 


Responsibilities

  • Assist with testing and development of medical device prototypes. 

  • Perform inspections and measurements using microscopes and lab equipment

  • Support assembly of small, precision medical device components

  • Record data and follow quality and documentation procedures

  • Support cleanroom and lab activities, including environmental monitoring

  • Manage daily lab tasks and assist with special projects

  • Work closely with team members to meet quality and production goals


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year minimum with experience in a manufacturing, quality, or lab environment

  • Must have experience working with microscopes

  • Manual dexterity and comfort working with small, detailed components

  • Familiarity with lab or cleanroom environments (GDP/GMP)
