A global supply chain provider is looking for a Chemical Warehouse Associate to join their team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic environment managing chemical materials and inventory at customer sites or warehouses. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth operations, timely stock replenishment, and safe chemical handling.

Schedule: 1st shift M-F 7a-3:30p

Chemical Warehouse Associate Job Duties:

• Maintain a strong knowledge of products including but not limited to hardware, chemicals, tooling, and electric components, services, inventory systems, quality requirements, and customer plans and specific cations.
• Monitor production floor bins and storage cabinets to determine when replenishment of stock is required.
• Perform inventory inspections and analysis.
• Perform regularly scheduled reading and maintain matching units to the required standards in compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
• Conduct complex analysis/sampling and review of chemical compatibility to determine potential required actions to conform to customer requirements and industry regulations.
• Perform chemical additions to process tanks per written guidance.
• Ensure availability and coordinate delivery of necessary chemicals
• Utilize hand scanners to scan stocking locations on the customer site and transmit replenishment orders for processing.
• Receive and verify product and documentation to ensure accuracy of inventory required for the customer specifications and site.
• Respond to hazardous materials releases and provide spill cleanup according to standards while utilizing and interpreting chemical detection devices and associated equipment.

Chemical Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in supply chain/warehouse/inventory preferred
• Must be able to drive from customer site-to-site as necessary (Have and maintain own reliable transportation with a company approved driving record)
