We are seeking a Line Lead for our client – a leader in the beauty and personal care industry. The Line Lead oversees production line operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role coordinates team efforts, optimizes workflow, and maintains equipment to achieve production targets while upholding cGMP, safety, and quality requirements.

Rate: $20/hr
Shift: 2^nd Shift; M-F 3PM - 11PM
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.

• Coordinate team efforts for efficient production and workflow.

• Optimize workflow to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

• Train new employees on production procedures and best practices.

• Monitor production metrics and generate reports for management.

• Accurately log all transactions within the Inventory Management System/Epicor to ensure all components and finished goods are accounted for.

• Facilitate communication between production and management teams.

• Maintain inventory of necessary materials to prevent delays.

• Complete Safety for Life Inspection Forms and ensure compliance.

• Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and cGMP standards.

Experience & Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing processes.

• 1+ years in operations management or a related field.

• 1+ years in industrial engineering, management, or a related field.

• 1+ years in a manufacturing or production environment.

• 1+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing.

• 1+ years experience with quality control processes.
