Our client is seeking a hands-on R&D Chemist with strong formulation and method validation experience to join their Research & Development team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can translate product concepts into scalable, compliant finished products within a manufacturing environment.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead formulation development and support product scale-up

• Write and execute method validation studies

• Conduct laboratory testing and plant trials (batching and filling line)

• Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records

• Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP standards

• Support cleaning validation and commercial pharmaceutical equipment processes

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of chemical laboratory experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Strong formulation and chromatography experience

• Proven method validation expertise

• BS in Chemistry or related field preferred
