Inspection Technician I

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)

Summary:
Responsible for inspecting purchased parts and materials to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards within a medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming parts, assemblies, and materials to AQL standards

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications (GD&T)

• Identify defects, damage, or nonconformance

• Verify quantities and part numbers against purchase documentation

• Perform First Article Inspections

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of inspection, quality, or manufacturing experience (medical device preferred)

• Experience with First Article Inspections

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Steel-toe shoes required (not provided); safety glasses provided
