Commercial Data Change Manager
Location: Duluth Georgia
Onsite: 3 days a week

The Commercial Data Change Manager leads cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency across the Commercial Excellence organization. This role identifies operational issues, prioritizes solutions, and coordinates efforts across teams such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives spanning multiple workstreams and manage project plans through completion.

• Identify operational pain points and drive solutions that improve customer and internal outcomes.

• Facilitate collaboration with Data Governance, Data Domain Owners/Product Managers, and Commercial Excellence teams.

• Ensure alignment with Commercial Data Working Group priorities.

• Manage meeting cadence, track actions, and escalate risks as needed.

• Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact on customer experience and operational performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) and 7+ years of program, operations, or cross-functional leadership experience.
