About the Role 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Follow established standard operating procedures, production work orders, and assembly plans with precision and consistency.
  • Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards including cGMP, MDD, and GDPMDS requirements.
  • Retrieve and verify bulk materials and lot-specific components from inventory prior to assembly.
  • Inspect products throughout the assembly process, escalating any identified defects to a supervisor or the Quality team promptly.
  • Assemble products using correct components and lot numbers in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and package orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Contribute to maintaining a 98% or higher on-time and accurate production service level.
  • Minimize errors through careful attention to detail and immediate reporting of any mistakes to a supervisor.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new assemblers as needed.
  • Assist with the assembly of clinical trial kits when required.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to continuously expand product and process knowledge.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
