Location: Warren County, OH
Job Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule:

• Training on 1st shift for ~4 weeks
• Transition to 2nd or 3rd shift after training
• Must be open to occasional overtime and weekend work

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation, testing, and analysis of products to ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Generate and manage product labeling for quality control and in-process testing
• Record, track, and maintain accurate data, including Certificates of Analysis
• Communicate quality concerns or deviations promptly to leadership
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality and lab teams
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in alignment with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Assist with validation activities related to new products, equipment, and testing methods
• Adhere to all company, federal, and state safety and compliance regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
• Exposure to or experience in quality control or laboratory environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and interest in analytical testing
