Quality Control Inspector Daily Tasks: What you will do:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Measure parts and components using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Operate electronic inspection equipment, including 3D scanners and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
• Review specifications and blueprints to verify product accuracy.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Approve or reject materials and products based on inspection findings.

Quality Control Inspector Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional quality certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or production quality inspection preferred.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
