Our client, a growing and quality-driven organization in the manufacturing space, is seeking a Jr. Facilities Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset who’s looking to grow in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on facility and manufacturing equipment
• Support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed
• Ensure operations meet GMP and safety standards
• Partner with teams to resolve issues and improve processes

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience
• GMP experience preferred; boilers/chillers a plus
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred
