Our client plays a key role in supporting the medical device industry and is seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience in rotary press operations or relevant technical training. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to set up, operate, and monitor production equipment while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.

Located in St Paul, MN

Direct hire
Shift: Monday to Thursday 3pm - 130am
Pay: $20-24/hour + shift differential and bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and run basic jobs with minimal supervision using press diagrams, videos, and work instructions
• Operate and monitor rotary press equipment to meet production schedules
• Perform quality inspections per established procedures and document results accurately
• Communicate rate deficiencies and production issues to management following prescribed procedures
• Accurately complete timekeeping and production documentation in required systems
• Interpret and follow technical prints and specifications
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Identify and report unsafe working conditions to management

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–2 years of rotary press experience OR completion of a technical training program
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Ability to interpret prints and follow detailed work instructions
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
