Paralegal - 2 Year Contract

Overview:
Support Legal team by drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts within the contract management system. Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage assigned contracts.
• Identify legal, financial, and business risks for attorney or SME review.
• Assist attorneys with contract negotiations and documentation.
• Advise and educate internal teams on contract processes.
• Prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate closely with other legal team members and departments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Prior contract review experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Exposure to corporate or commercial contracts preferred.
• (If JD holder) Note: this is a non‑attorney, non‑decision‑making role.

Preferred Qualifications

Five years prior paralegal experience and Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree
Prior experience with contract drafting and management
